The 59th General Conference and All India Schools Festival was held from 3-6 Oct,2019 at DRV DAV Centenary public school,phillaur,punjab.The Headmaster & Vice-president of USO sri K.V.Thyagarajan attened the conference.Students and delegates from various states participated in this festival.
